II. Sharing of personal information – we don’t do it. 

By subscribing to the Mailing List or creating a MMAD membership account, you will provide your contact details to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from MMAD Vineyard, and from our agents, until such time as you request us to stop.  Should you wish to opt out at any time simply let us know by phone or email.  We will provide you with appropriate contact details every time we contact you. 

Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purpose of communicating MMAD Vineyard offers only.  They will not be sold or rented to any other companies. Personal information will not be disclosed to overseas recipients. 

III. Newsletter Opt-Out. 

If you have chosen to opt into our marketing emails and later decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will help you remove yourself from our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe. 

IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy. 

If you have any questions about your privacy, or want to make changes to your profile, or be taken off our marketing list, simply go to www.mmadvineyard.com/Unsubscribe .

V. Protecting your information. 

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
